初めて胡蝶蘭を拓画したのは市原の拓画サークルで、どなたかが持ってきてくださった花材を摺らせていただいたのだと思います。彩色も伯母に教えてもらってだったように思います。拓画をはじめて25年くらいになるかと思うので、多分25年くらい前の作品かも。時の経つのは早くてびっくり。
I think it was at a Takuga Circle in Ichihara that I made my first takuga of a Phalaenopsis orchid. I think my aunt taught me how to color. I think it has been about 25 years since I started takuga, so this work might be about 25 years old. I am amazed at how quickly time passes.
The printing and coloring are very different from today.
It also became a New Year’s card.
